Bankwest Stadium is a 30,000 seat stadium in Parramatta made for the fans. The stadium brings fans closer to the action than ever before in Australia.
Being involved with Bankwest Stadium from before the doors were opened meant a phenomenal opportunity to be part of something from the naming rights, to developing the brand and identity and overarching marketing strategy.
Working as the Digital Marketing Specialist and later a Freelance consultant for the stadium I built the website from scratch in WordPress, acted as a copywriter for many of the pages and designed a fluid user journey and experience.
At Bankwest Stadium I was responsible for creating a link-building strategy, email marketing content plan, automation structure, SEO plan and paid advertising strategy. This was done within a short time frame prior to opening the stadium and also included regular emails, event marketing and CMS updates.
